Owner Guy Nicholls inherited his entrepreneurial spirit from his father, Percy and the Nicholls passion for excellence lives on in Guy’s son, Jake, who is Managing Director at TRU7. While the brands may have changed, our values haven’t. At TRU7, we put service and quality first.

With service and sustainability core to our business, our fast-growing portfolio offers van, truck and plant rental and sales, demolition and remediation, earthworks, asbestos removal,, concrete, aggregates, and we recycle over 75% of Suffolk’s building waste.
Community
TRU7 is fiercely loyal to its East Anglian roots. The team has raised significant funds for local organisations including St Elizabeth Hospice, the Motor Neurone Disease Association, East Coast Hospice and GeeWizz. TRU7 is also the proud sponsor of the Ipswich Witches and Sheffield Tigers Speedway Teams.

TRU7 Ltd is delighted to announce the launch of its first apprenticeship scheme commencing September 2022.
As an organisation we recognise the importance of recruiting fresh talent, and eventually will seek to offer a range of opportunities for young and adult apprentices across the business.
Next year we hope to launch a range of apprenticeships covering –

- Workshop Fitters / Mechanics
- Plant Operatives
- Demolition Operatives
This will enable you to choose the area of our organisation to start your career in, depending on where your strengths and interest lie.

September 2022
In this initial year, we will only be offering one apprentice scheme in our finance department as an Apprentice Finance Administrator.
In this role you will learn and gain experience in all aspects relating to finance administration, while gaining a Level 2 Apprenticeship in AAT Foundation Certificate in Accounting.
