We require staff for a variety of roles throughout Suffolk & Norfolk. Our main season is May to December although the exact start and finish dates differ from year to year as this depends on growing conditions. Y

Work with us

We need field staff, staff supervisors, tractor drivers for harvest and secondary cultivations as well as many other roles.

To register your interest simply visit our website and fill out your details. We will contact you when we’re about to start.

How we work:

For field staff our season starts in May and finishes in October. We generally start on the fields around 7am and finish around 6pm with an hours worth of breaks during the day so that’s a 10 hour working day.

You can work on any days you wish (Monday – Fridays). Sometimes we have work available at weekends or Bank holidays.
