Are you looking for work? We require staff for a variety of roles throughout Suffolk & Norfolk.

Our season starts in April/May and usually finishes in late November or December but can sometimes continue into the New Year. We generally start around 7am and finish around 6pm with an hours worth of breaks during the day so that’s a 10 hour working day. These times will vary from day to day.

At peak times you may also be asked to work weekends.

If you prove to be a hard worker and a reliable member of our staff you will be eligible to progress to higher roles within our organisation.

We need field staff, staff supervisors, tractor drivers for harvest and secondary cultivations as well as many other roles.
