Holidays and PTO
PPC employees will get 33 days of paid holiday each year and family friendly paid time off.
Group Pension Scheme
PPC pays into a group scheme, using salary exchange. Employees are automatically enrolled into the scheme on joining and the company pays in a percentage of gross salary. Employees can pay in a minimum of percentage by sacrificing this amount of their gross salary.
Group Life Insurance
Group Life Insurance is provided alongside membership of the group Pension Scheme and pays out 4X your annual salary in the event of death during employment.
Health Care Insurance
The company will pay for your health care membership. Any additional members can be added to your membership at the employee’s own cost.
