Main description
We understand it is a niche and specialist area which is based on the individual learning needs of the pupils. Whilst our recruitment is tailored to your specific school setting we, appreciate that the main focus is with the particular groups and individuals that require support.
Breakthrough in Education staff for permanent, long term, block bookings and day to day temporary roles. However, we do not see this as a ‘quick fix’ for the short term. For the children and young people, every day in their education is of equal importance. We expect our staff to add value and make a positive impact, whatever the length of the booking.
We are recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant either on a full or part time basis.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will help pupils daily, enabling you to connect with them personally while motivating them to achieve their educational, emotional and physical goals.
SEND schools allow you to work with experienced professionals, often shadowing them progressively. The job will involve working 1:1 with pupils and in smaller groups within and outside the classroom environment.
