About
Whether you got exactly what you wanted or are now trying to work out what to do next, don't panic! There are plenty of options available to you, whatever your position.
Mentoring service
Our Mentoring Service aims to give you the help you need and deserve to move forward into employment.
Our employment mentors work with you on a one-to-one basis, helping to identify and overcome barriers to work, working on confidence issues, identifying skills, helping to locate relevant job opportunities and providing assistance with CV writing, interview techniques and mock interviews. They can also refer you on to other services for help and advice on specific issues.
Our 'Step Forward' scheme is for 16-24 year olds living in South Norfolk or Broadland districts. You do not need to be on Universal Credit (UC) or registered with the Job Centre or other service provider. (Although you can be)
'Boost' is our scheme for 16-24 year olds in King's Lynn, West Norfolk and Breckland - referred directly through local Job Centres or other provisions.
General job hunting and employability help
Outside of our mentoring schemes, if you are a 12-25 year old living in Norfolk or Suffolk (or if you know one..) ..who would like someone to look over and help with a CV and ideas for local careers and jobs then please get in touch. We can arrange some time with one of the Trust team to talk through options and explore local opportunities.
