Main description
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a IT systems and Networking - Azure - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will include Answering incoming support calls
What you’ll do at work
Logging support tickets
Assisting in resolution of technical queries
Supporting the office with setting up new equipment
Working with various technical teams to promptly deliver services & equipment
Training to be provided
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Entry Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in: Maths & English (grade 3+ (D or above))
GCSE in: 3 of any subject (grade 4+ (A* - C))
