We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team
Main description
The post can be full time or part time
Key Responsibilities:
• Section Oversight: Manage and oversee a designated kitchen station, such as sauces, pastries, meats, or seafood.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes specific to their station, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the head chef and sous chef to develop menus and coordinate daily tasks.
• Supervision: In larger kitchens, supervise junior staff, including commis chefs, providing guidance and training.
• Inventory Management: Ensure adequate supplies for their station and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
The role demands culinary expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
