Nyobolt produces ultrafast charging with high power and long cycle life battery technology. Pilot Plant- powder manufacturing for the Nyobolt battery technology – currently team of 8
They are currently looking for an apprentice Plant Maintenance Engineer to join and learn within their team.
Main description
Main Duties:
- Supporting the Plant Engineer on maintenance, installations.
- Monitoring and commissions systems.
- Supporting the Plant Engineer on designing and implementing equipment modifications to help improve process improvements.
Ethan Thompson- Pilot Plant Manager/ Pete Selfe- Plant Engineer. You will also be helping out the Manufacturing Engineering Department/ Pilot Plant Team.
Entry requirements
GCSE English, Maths and Science grade 4 minimum

Training to be Provided
The learner will be studying the Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held.
Things to consider
Role will require some laptop work, and training on CAD software, hands of maintenance work and working with professionals within the engineering sector of the business.
Future Prospects
Opportunity to secure a long-term role within the organisation upon completion of the apprenticeship.
