Fruits of the caterer are a catering company based in Ipswich providing a contemporary service that shows off food in full flavour and presentation. We work from two locations in Ipswich which gives a variety to the working day and the people you would interact with.
Main description
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
You will need to learn the:
Start of the day and closing processes
Preparation of buffets / delivery, and clearning
Serving at the takeaway counter
Preparing shopping list, restocking both sites
Training to be provided
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Hospitality manager (level 4) - Equal to higher national certificate (HNC)

Desirable qualifications
GCSE in: English (grade 4-9 or C-A*)
Maths (grade 4-9 or C-A*)
