Sentry Limited is an Employee Owned Agricultural and Rural Advisory Business, with a footprint across 12 Counties and 50 years of trading experience.

We are flexible, reactive farmers with structures set up to work for each individual client. Our employees are all shareholders in the business, fostering a genuine long-term alignment of interests, a golden thread that joins employees, clients, and Sentry in productive on-farm partnerships. Together we create a win-win approach to the health and development of client's soils, farms, and businesses with better prices and lower costs, achieving superior margins.

Advisory

Sentry Business Solutions provides market insight and supports our own farms and our farmer members with no nonsense, cost effective solutions and opportunities. Our team identify and tackle any issues to find the right direction for businesses to grow and adapt with confidence. We are positive that despite the obvious headwinds this remains a very exciting time to be in agriculture.

Environment

Within Environmental Solutions, our biggest strength is the direct connection we have to our own farmers on the ground. The day-to-day feedback and business decision making is first-hand data, meaning we are always at the forefront of what is happening on the land and the challenges rural businesses are faced with. This enables our team to offer you a unique and practical service.

Employee Ownership

Sentry is a member of the Employee Ownership Association. As an Employee-Owned Company, we operate an Employee Benefit Trust, a Savers Investment Plan, and an Employee Forum.
