Realise Futures – enhancing people’s lives through work placements, employment and training opportunities.
Our primary aim to improve and promote the economic and social wellbeing of those who are disadvantaged and/or disabled, across Suffolk and Norfolk.
The company is organised in three divisions, Learning, Coaching & Advice, Employment and RF Works (seven distinct social businesses). Together they provide professional and tailored opportunities that support people to realise their potential.
Learning, Coaching & Advice
Adult Learning
With over 30 years’ experience of delivering government funded adult learning opportunities in the community and with the community, we know how to deliver courses that are tailored to meet individual needs. We offer a wide range of courses from improving English/Maths/ICT/Vocational skills to supporting children in their learning or improving your wellbeing. Many of these courses lead to recognised qualifications.

If you have a Learning Disability and/or Autism, we can provide advice, guidance and information on:

Peer Support – People Helping People
Our dedicated team members support people with learning disabilities and/or Autism to set up social groups with like-minded people in their own communities.
Coaching Services
Our dedicated team of coaches offer 1-2-1 support to participants, helping to set personalised training and employment related goals.
Employment
Realise Futures deliver a variety of employment programmes across Suffolk and Norfolk.
Our dedicated team of Employment Advisors help people learn new skills and find the right job for them, via a range of support activities.
The Work and Health Programme
The Work and Health Programme is a Welfare to Work programme commissioned by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP). It is designed to improve employment outcomes for people with health conditions or disabilities.
Restart Scheme
The Restart Scheme is a comprehensive support service for jobseekers with referrals being made by Work Coaches at Job Centre Plus. Realise Futures deliver the scheme in Ipswich and Mid-Suffolk. Together with one of our dedicated Employment Advisors we will make a plan that will help you achieve your goals and support you on your journey into employment.
