MENTA is a local business organisation that offers a range of services to provides support and guidance for startups and entrepreneurs. We do this with networking events, training opportunities, and access to funding.

We also offer meeting spaces and serviced business offices across Suffolk.

Our team work with micro businesses across Norfolk and Suffolk, with help, support, advice those in the Start-up sector and work with established businesses across Suffolk and Norfolk.

We are proud to have helped more than 55,000 entrepreneurs launch, run, and grow thriving and profitable businesses across East Anglia.

We adapt to what clients say they want from business support, we offer self led learning as well as online events and our popular face to face workshops. From grants to positioning your business online, we are here to help. Whether aspiring entrepreneur or established business owner, our expert trainers look forward to sharing their knowledge with you.

Start-Up Training

We offer 5* rated funded start-up business training for entrepreneurs in Norfolk and Suffolk. The programme is comprised of three workshops that will equip you with the knowledge, practical skills, tools, and templates to set up and run a successful new business. Plus, we’ll be able to advise you about the funding available to get your new business launched.

Comprehensive ‘start up’ support is available to anyone thinking about starting a business or who has already begun the process. The programme includes workshops and 1-to-1 support on business planning, marketing, book-keeping, sustainability, sales and more. Guidance is also available on financing a new venture and developing skills and confidence to ‘start well’ and help any new businesses to flourish.

Our start-up support is fully-funded, so no cost to you! Plus, you can choose the level of new business support you want in 3 easy steps:
