We are one of the most experienced providers of outdoor education in the UK. We were founded 40 years ago and run over 1.2 million activity sessions each year across 11 activity centres located within picturesque surroundings.

A Kingswood, adventure is a combination of memorable experiences, challenging in and outdoor activities and opportunities to grow. Our trips offer the chance to try something new while building confidence and resilience at any of the outdoor centres we have. Whether customers are from primary or secondary school, groups or businesses, we are raising the bar to provide the best outdoor learning and activities in the UK delivered at the best outdoor activity centres in the UK.

If you love the outdoors and are interested in becoming part of the outdoor sector, or you’re looking to have a gap year full of fun and adventure, we have you covered. Our L3 apprenticeship program can help you have a fun, sociable, and fulfilling experience whilst you search for your next move in life.

An apprenticeship role at Kingswood offers a thrilling and diverse experience. As part of the role, you will lead high-adrenaline outdoor activities using specialised equipment whilst also undertaking various external NGB qualifications.

Safety is a huge priority with an apprenticeship role, so you will be responsible for conducting equipment safety checks following company procedures, along with adhering to the company’s Health and Safety policy. Understanding and compliance with the Company's Safeguarding Policy is also crucial in this role. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support centre projects which contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
