About us

The Grose family were one of the original pioneers of the motor car and have been involved since 1888. To put this into motoring perspective, Henry Ford did not build his first Model T until 1908.

With dealerships across Suffolk & South Norfolk, we have 3 Ford dealerships in Ipswich, Woodbridge and Lowestoft, as well as a holding the Kia franchise in Lowestoft, plus Peugeot, Citroen and DS Automobiles in Ipswich.

Whilst we draw on traditional values, we are young at heart. The key to our longevity is genuine customer satisfaction. We have won the annual Ford Chairman's Award for customer satisfaction 19 times, as well as being recognised by Citroen and Kia manufacturers. Our Kia dealership was one of only two dealers to be awarded Platinum status as one of the world's top Kia dealers (from a network of more than 3,000 dealers worldwide) and crowned Kia's Dealer of the Year back in 2011. Since then we've also been honoured with awards for both Customer Experience and Customer Excellence.
