Our regional structure includes two specialist divisions for Highways and Flood Defence, ensuring our teams are at the cutting edge of their field.

Our Values

Our values run through every aspect of our business. They represent what we stand for, and ensure we stay true to our GOODWORKS ethos.

  • Social Value
We’re committed to developing our workforce and creating genuine diversity across our business.
  • Collaboration
Effective collaboration ensures strong long-term relationships with like-minded clients, suppliers and our staff.
  • Supply Chain
Working together as one team, we empower our partners, encouraging them to develop in both ability and capacity to ensure we deliver the best possible solutions to our clients.
  • Environment
The best way to reduce our impact on the environment both locally and globally is by embracing new materials and methods.
  • Health & Safety
Our people are our biggest asset, and their physical and mental health is our number one priority. Our industry has traditionally focused on safety but we consider our people in the round.

Careers

Operating since 1952, we have built up our business and now work out of seven regional offices across the country. Work-life balance is extremely important to us and our regional set-up means that, on the whole, we’re able to get our staff home to their families at the end of each shift.

Our people are our biggest asset and that’s why we invest in all our staff, to help them develop inspiring and enjoyable careers.
