01. Understand. We always endeavour to understand our clients, and the influencers we pair them with, as much as we possibly can. Why are you doing what you’re doing? There is no one-size-fits-all strategy for Influencer Marketing, we believe every campaign should be unique.

02. Dare. Influencer Marketing is still so stale when it should really be the most exciting thing you do. Those we have pitched to will have seen first-hand that our decks often include something, or a few somethings, that are very bold.

04. Empathise. We’re from all walks of life. Some come from strict office jobs, some from the hectic world of TV, some were influencers in a previous life. Did you know we’re the fastest agency in the UK when it comes to creator payments? No wonder they love us.

We're based in the centre of Kings Lynn but have a very flexible working arrangement including the option to create your own home/office schedule and every other Friday off.

We're a flexible workplace and will teach you everything you need to know as long as you're interested and driven.
