We believe events should be created with passion, love and pride.

Events Under Canvas Ltd was launched in September 2013. The mission was to create magnificent outside events under beautiful giant tipis, with impeccable service and attention to detail. We cater for events of all sizes from small garden parties to festival spaces, corporate events and grand weddings.

We’ve since expanded our range of structures to include stunning sailcloth tents and breath-taking stretch tents. The unique sailcloth material allows light to flood into the tent and also makes them glow at night! And the Stretch Tents provide a unique, beautiful white canopy to cover all manner of celebration.

We build or responsibly source our furniture, lighting and interiors, to transform the tents into beautiful bespoke event spaces. We also support customers with all the required infrastructure for events such as toilets and power.

The introduction of glamping tents for event accommodation has made us the go-to company in the South East and beyond for festivals, weddings and parties.

• Weddings
  Our tipis and sailcloth tents are ideal for festival style weddings, bohemian weddings, woodland weddings, winter weddings and many more beautiful themes for your nuptials.
• Festivals
  Tipis are the perfect structure for VIP areas. Sailcloth tents are stunning congregation/performance spaces and stretch tents provide a simple and elegant canopy for bars and chill out zones.   A great alternative to plain white marquees and require little or no décor to look amazing.
• Corporate Events
  We have created corporate events for many companies throughout the UK and into Europe.  We love to work with our clients to build unique spaces that stand out.  We are always happy to put new customers in touch with existing clients, to reassure you of our service and quality.
• Parties
  Our tents have hosted fancy dress 21sts, black tie 40ths, christenings and even luxury children’s parties with sleepovers afterwards in our glamping tents.

Careers

The amazing spaces provided by Events Under Canvas don’t happen by accident. We have a great crew who make it all possible. Crew work together closely with each other and the client to build the space safely, to the agreed specification, in a wide variety of settings and locations.  No job is the same and the crew pride themselves on going the extra mile to deliver, and often exceed, customer expectations. Teams of crew are led by an experienced Team Leader on each job.  Training on the safe building of our structures is given to all crew members.
