Michael is also an Award winning, Trainer being recognized by the BBC ‘Big Skills Award’ for Suffolk in 2009, gaining the overall ‘Excellence Award”.
He is qualified to level 7 in Employment Law and Human Resources, and holds The award in Education and Training at Level 3, Life- Long learning sector.
In September 2019, Michael as a qualified business Mentor and member of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreanurs, IOEE was shortlisted as a Finalist for the IOEE ‘Member of the Year Award’. The Award ceremony will be held at the House of Lords in London in October 2019.

Inspiring the Future
Michael Coe is a volunteer Employer with Inspiring the Future for Schools, the flagship service of the Education and Employers charity.
Since 2012 Michael Coe has given careers talks and career days held in Schools across Suffolk to inspire the next generation to achieve their career goals.
Organised by teachers via the Inspiring the Future website, real life employers can meet students in a classroom setting to discuss how the Employer achieved their own career goals.

Looking for a career in HR or the Legal Sector?
I started my career in Retail as a sales assistant and then store Manager. I liked working with people and studied Personnel management at college. On qualifying in Human Resources Management, I spent many years managing people and retail stores for large and international Employers. I even won awards!
I had always wanted to work in the legal sector but thought it was not possible. However, I went back to study Employment Law. After my studies I became an Employment Law /HR Paralegal and began work in the legal sector.
If you are inspired to work in HR or the Legal sector just like me, you can take a number of routes, study for GCSES -A-levels, take the Apprenticeship route or go to University. There is another option open to you as well via the experience route by working for an employer and then going into your chosen career. "
