Becoming a Specialist

As an associate consultant you will start off supporting one of our senior consultants, learning how to identify, assess and qualify would be applicants for our clients vacancies.  In time you will take greater ownership of the process until you are able to handle all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from client onboarding, through the delivery process to the post placement aftercare.  Every associate consultant develops at their own pace and the initial training period for a Bristow Holland Consultant is likely to be up to 2 years, potentially longer, and will be overseen by a senior member of management who takes responsibility for mentoring and identifying training needs as they become relevant to your development.
