Responsibilities
Daily administrative tasks (data entry, order processing, customer service)
Liaising with transport and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
Allocating and releasing orders
Assisting with customer service queries
Essential Skills and Experience
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Driven and self-motivated problem-solver
Flexibility and adaptability
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
