About the role:

As Resourcing Administrator, you will work closely with colleagues to provide vacancy advertising support across our applicant tracking system and will respond to general recruitment queries. Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the vacancies raised and approvals in the company applicant tracking system (ATS) so roles are raised in a timely manner and any issues reported and resolved.
  • Monitor advertising spend and budget allocation with the resourcing managers so vacancy performance is consistent.
  • Monitor and attend to the resourcing mailbox so emails are responded to or escalated as required to the relevant person.
  • Produce vacancy reports as required and data access requests.
  • Assist with general operational recruitment tasks such as setting up new users for the ATS and providing training and instructions where needed to assist all processes carried out across the ATS.
  • General ad-hoc administrative tasks.

About you:

You will be a highly motivated, team player who can work autonomously and deliver against deadlines. You’ll enjoy helping others, will ideally have good communication and organisation skills and strong attention to detail. Since this role works with our systems, it is important that you are proficient with IT.
