We are recruiting an A level (or equivalent) school leaver to train with us to become a Payroll Administrator, starting July/August 2024. Moore Green have a long established history of training students to become confident and successful professionals.
Main description
Duties will include:
• Gathering, creation and processing of payroll-related information to ensure employees are paid on time and accurately. This will be via payroll software, though it's use must be accompanied by the ability to perform this manually
• Compliance with legislative and contractual obligations
• Internal and external reporting of payroll information to deadlines
• Effective and appropriate communication with employees and relevant stakeholders
• Working to relevant ethical and professional standards in a legislative and regulatory environment that is constantly changing
Training will be provided and paid for, including travel expenses, books, exam fees, etc.
As part of the apprenticeship, students will attend blocks of training with our training provider, and the remainder of the time gaining practical experience at our Sudbury office. A training salary will be provided, currently £16,770 per annum, which increases
according to experience and apprenticeship level.
