Main description
A unique opportunity for one person to join a small team of skilled artisans. We will initially train the candidate to be able to identify, pick and assist with getting products for orders. Leading to more complicated tasks in the manufacturing and finishing of products. If you are practical, honest and a hard worker then this role may suit you.
What you will do in your working day
Tasks will include:
- Manufacturing processes using drills and lathes
- Picking items for others
- Carrying out QC and assisting in making sure items are in perfect condition before they are dispatched
- There will be duties that involve painting and other finishing methods which is a skilled operation but also one that immense personal satisfaction can be derived
Training to be provided
Training provider WS TRAINING
- Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 qualification
- Functional Skills Level 2 maths and English to be taken if an equivalent grade has not been achieved
- Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed

7:30am is an early start and we do not accept lateness. If you wish to apply please ensure you can get to work on time every day.
