The Market cross surgery is a a primary care service for the people of Mildenhall and surrounding villages. We have a population of around 12,000 patients and dispense to approximately 4500. Our team consists of Partners, Doctors, Nurses, Administrators, Receptionists and additional team members from Forest Heath PCN.

The Market cross surgery is a a primary care service for the people of Mildenhall and surrounding villages. They have a population of around 12,000 patients and dispense to approximately 4500. They are currently looking for an apprentice Healthcare Assistant to join and learn within their team.
Main Outline:
The Market Cross surgery are seeking a full- time apprentice Health Care Assistant.
The role is varied and includes face to face appointments & telephone consultations.
The candidate must be flexible to learn all skills required for a general practice setting.
You will be fully supported by the practice and clinical team and undertake tasks and duties delegated by the nursing team lead or a suitably qualified professional.
Entry requirements
GCSE in Maths & English grades 4 and above - Desired.

Training to be Provided
The learner will be studying the Healthcare Support Worker Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
