Main description
Excellent opportunity working for Additions Contractors Ltd. We are looking for an administrator to support our team completing various finance administration duties and working with the accounts team. Roles will include: Assisting in the delivery of accounts functions and receiving direction from the Sales Ledger Manager.
Job Responsibilities may include:
- Downloading candidate timesheets
- Process AWR changes & placement extensions
- Teaching candidates how to submit timesheets on the online portals
- Taking calls from candidates who have queries
- Raising invoices for fees that are due and reconciliation
- Ensuring that vendors are being chased for payments
- Chase unprocessed timesheets from workers
- Sending out & chasing outstanding registration documents and references
- Chase candidates for any outstanding documents
- Providing references for previous candidates
- Scan all documents into the relevant candidate files on company systems
- Manage task management schedules & task follow-up reporting
- Record the communication history of each candidate on internal systems
- Assist in posting all receipts and payments are posted on the financial system
- Reconcile all transactions with the credit control system
- Assist run weekly age debtor reports
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client account files and databases are kept
- Diarise & chase payments with clients – 7-day SLA for payments
- Invoicing for client services delivered in support of credit control
- Mailbox management
- Assisting in Credit Limit Management process
- Spreadsheet completion
Entry requirements
GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade 4-9 or A*-C) Desired
Personal skills and qualities
Attention to detail, Administrative skills, Team working, Self Motivated, Reliable, Confident Communication Skills, Excellent Telephone Manner, Disciplined, Excellent work ethic

DAVIDSON TRAINING UK LIMITED
Apprenticeship standard
Business administrator Level 3 (A level)
Full training will be given leading to a recognised Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification
Full on-the-job training will be delivered
Off-the-job training will be supported by our Training Provider – Davidson Training UK Ltd
You will also complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you already do not hold the equivalent)
