Sizewell C is launching 35 new apprenticeship placements this month – the first of nearly 100 new early careers roles that will be available on the project over the next few months.
The apprenticeships – which go live on 27 December – cover a wide variety of areas, from cyber security and civil engineering to countryside working and environmental management.
It marks a step up in the number of early career roles available at Sizewell C as the project continues to develop at pace on the Suffolk coast.
The project has also launched over 30 industrial placements, with roles ranging from creative content, project management, and quality engineering.
A total of 19 graduate placements will also be available, with grad schemes in Nuclear Business and Project Controls following those already offered in Science and Engineering and Supply Chain.
The Sizewell C Summer Internship Scheme will also open in early 2025, offering paid summer placements to young people hoping to join the nuclear industry.
