Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack small parts efficiently according to order specifications.
- Ensure products are correctly labelled and ready for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace.
- Meet daily targets by working at a steady pace with precision and accuracy.
- Follow company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and general warehouse duties.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to the team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting.
- Willingness to work night shifts
