okoHaus offers several window and door solutions services:
- Domestic/Private Properties: Our domestic projects start by guiding homeowners through the decision-making process all the way to the final installation phase, whether it’s a new build or refurbishment.
- Commercial/Trade Projects: With several years of B2B experience, we work closely with architects and contractors to make their jobs easier. All of our products are a good fit for the rugged commercial landscape.
- Installation: Our team carries out the entire installation process, no matter the complexity. Our team ensures high-quality collaboration and communication to make the best use of time for new constructions or renovations.
We are looking to expand our existing team of 4 installers with an apprentice / trainee installer.
Main description
okoHaus supply and install high performance, sustainable windows and doors to residential projects across East Anglia.
We are involved in mainly self build projects that require a high level of attention to detail as well as Passive House level installation performance.

We have several roles we typically hire for, including:
- Window installers, particularly those familiar with high-performance, premium products and air-tight installation
- Apprentice window installers
- Estimators
- Sales & project coordinators
- Project managers

Skills and Requirements
A passion for sustainability and high-performance
A willingness to grow and learn
Experience in residential new build projects (not essential, but preferable)
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and collaborative environment
Prior experience in the window and door solution niche is preferred, but as part of our benefits, we offer full training and apprenticeship to take you from novice to master.
