At Warren, we’re proud to support the next generation of engineering talent. Last week, our apprentices Alfie McElvogue, Tadas Difartas and Reino Monument began their six-week study at Reagit in Norwich, the first step towards their Level 2 Engineering Operative qualification.
They’re gaining essential knowledge and hands-on skills, which they’ll apply during their factory rotations at Warren. We’re excited to see them grow and become invaluable team members. Supporting apprenticeships is key to our commitment to nurturing talent and shaping the future of engineering.
