Delivering Sustainable Infrastructure

BAM Nuttall and Farrans Construction are two of the UK’s leading civil engineering contractors working in partnership to deliver the Great Yarmouth Third River Crossing.

Delivering green sustainable infrastructure is a massive challenge that affects us all. By working together, we aim to foster a sustainable culture to bring positive impact to our people, society and create a better future for the next generation.

Ever wondered what is sustainability or what is my carbon footprint?

In this workshop you will learn about sustainability, why it is important and how you can help. You will be able to use the knowledge gained in a learning exercise and we will discuss why sustainability is important and how this affects everybody.

Aged 14 – 16? Come and find out more about sustainability!

This is a one day insight day, running from 9.30am - 3.00pm on Wednesday 7th July 2021.

*Please note, all applications are welcome, however we will prioritise students from the following schools;

Great Yarmouth Charter Academy, Ormiston Venture Academy and Lynn Grove Academy.
