Main description
We are aiming to recruit a current student to assist us in Customer Services/Reception for our University and Professional Development Centre in Western Way, Bury St Edmunds.
What you'll do
To be the first point of contact for all visitors to the College.
To work as a member of the Customer Service Team and to assist in providing prospective students with the most appropriate information.
To undertake administrative duties, taking and receiving ‘phone calls, provide clerical support including data input.
Hours of work
Working on a part time basis for 16 hours per week
