Main description
SEASONAL WORK
We have opportunities at our East Anglia sites in agricultural work such as planting, harvesting and packing. This is mostly manual work and involves a considerable amount of walking, bending and lifting. We work outdoors in all weathers.
Seasonal contracts last between 3-11 months.
There are NO FEES for applying or for employment.
The roles require you to be physically fit, on your feet and moving all day, self-disciplined with a repetitive task, quick, and able to work full days.
Roles available
FIELD BASED OPERATOR
This work is agricultural and is based outdoors.You will be planting and harvesting a variety of salad and vegetable crops.
PRODUCTION OPERATOR
This work includes grading, trimming, labelling and packing salad and vegetable crops.
SKILLED JOBS
This includes tractor driving, operating a forklift truck, being a member of the quality team, driving a bus or operating spray equipment as well as supervisory or administration roles.

Location: You will be based in the East Anglia region
Accommodation: If you need to stay nearby there are several styles of furnished accommodation are available, from hostel-style buildings, to Portacabins, caravans and houses, all with communal washing facilities. All rooms are equipped with a kettle and fridge freezer, and there are self-catering cooking facilities.
All of our sites offer sports facilities and social activities, themed parties and excursions throughout the UK. All sites have coin operated laundry facilities, including washing machines and tumble dryers. On site vending machines provide drinks and snacks.
Accommodation at our sites is offered at £69.93 per week, increasing to £74.62 in April 2025.
Utilities: Rooms are equipped with a kettle and fridge-freezer. Cooking is not allowed in the hostel rooms.
There is limited storage space per person, so please be mindful of this. Please bring a lock so you can safely store valuable items in your room. Caravans have their own self-contained kitchen area, but you still need to bring your own cutlery.
Clothing: Normal depending on the weather/season – layers are always useful.
All mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided free of charge, and for people working in harvesting roles, full work clothing is provided. You should bring the rest with you.
Items to bring: Please bring bedding, cutlery, toiletries, a lock and any other personal items you require.
Training: Full induction and training will be given, some of which will be available online prior to you starting.
