Ashford Wright work within general building and maintenance company with plumbing and heating division. Based East of Ipswich in Levington. We undertake all sizes of projects from repairs to large tender contracts. They are currently looking for a Property Maintenance Operative apprentice to join their team.
Main Duties:
• Will be required to report to Office or Site at agreed times
• Dress in appropriate workwear and PPE as provided
• Attend College one day a week
• Observe and carry out building tasks under supervision
Entry requirements
Driving Licence - Mandatory
GCSE Maths and English grades 4 or above - Desirable

Training to be Provided
The learner will be studying the Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
Day release to West Suffolk College
Things to consider
Our working day starts at 7:30am and the successful candidate will need to attend the Office or Site as instructed each day. The role may be physically demanding and the candidate may be working outside as well as inside. The ability to travel to various locations is a must.
Future Prospects
On successful completion of the course the successful applicant may be offered a permanent operative role within the company.
