We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join a vibrant and ever growing team.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Manage first-line support desk ensuring support calls/emails are followed up and resolved with help from the two directors.
Act as an internal tester for new features/development – document tests carried out.
Internal training on Sage 200 and Sicon Modules. BizSysCon uses inhouse, Sage 200, Sicon Service, Sicon CRM, Sicon Projects, Sicon Approvals, Sicon Documents.
Upkeep client project details and related admin tasks.
Track leads and prospects follow-up.

GCSE in:
English (grade A*-C/9-4)
Maths (grade A*-C/9-4)

IT solutions technician (level 3) Equal to A level
Your training plan
The Level 3 IT Solutions Technician programme is designed to provide the knowledge and skills to develop, implement and maintain complete IT solutions, including their hardware infrastructure. IT Solutions Technicians apply a professional methodology or framework to gather and analyse the requirements in order to design, develop, test and implement the most appropriate IT solutions. This programme offers two pathways that provide the underpinning knowledge and skills in either a Hardware Solutions role or a Software Solutions role.
