RECRUITMENT EVENT - MATCHDAY ROLES
We are hosting a recruitment event on Wednesday 24th June between 4pm-7pm in Hall of Fame bar at Portman Road stadium. Please enter Hall of Fame at stadium via Portman Road.
We are looking for staff to join our busy matchday team who have excellent customer service experience, a can-do attitude and are ready to work in a busy yet exciting environment. Ideally, you will have some experience, however, training will be given.
We have the following roles available:
Kiosk Assistants – A busy role serving food and drinks in the concourse areas of the stands.
Hospitality Assistants – Serving customers in our hospitality areas. Ideally, you will have experience of waiting tables and serving customers.
Retail Assistants – Fast paced role including serving customers and re-stocking in Planet Blue. Ideally, you will have experience in customer service.
Cleaners (Over 18’s only) – Ensuring areas of the stadium are cleaned to a professional standard.
Stewards (Over 18’s only) – Welcoming and directing supporters to the stadium as providing assistance where needed.
