Manufacturing Operations - Graduate Programme
Do you have a passion for innovation, efficiency and hands-on problem solving? Looking to kickstart your career in the fast-paced, dynamic world of fresh produce manufacturing? We’re looking for talented individuals to join our Food Manufacturing Operations Graduate Programme.
Our 2026 Food Manufacturing Operations Graduate Programme will be at the heart of our operations, helping to ensure the highest quality, efficiency, and safety in our production processes. You will have a tailored programme designed to develop your skills and prepare you for a leadership role, with mentoring and coaching from industry experts.
Our scheme offers placements across our operations, providing a rounded understanding of all aspects of our manufacturing processes. The placements will focus on everyday people management, supervision, and a commercial focus on continuous improvement. We have a development culture which supports growth through training, coaching and opportunity.
What are we looking for:
- Genuine interest in a career within the food and/or fresh produce industry.
- Desire to develop within a manufacturing environment.
- Either in your final year of university graduating in 2026 or have graduated in the last 4 years.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- A pro-active approach to problem solving and have a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work as a team and on own initiative.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
