SCHOOLS YOUTH LINK WORKER
4YP are seeking to appoint a full-time Schools Youth Link Worker to lead the development and delivery of a three-year pilot project, focused on Youth Social Prescribing in a secondary school setting.
Principle responsibilities:
. To provide a link worker provision in schools to maximise the number of young people accessing the community services and the support they need.
. To deliver help & support to young people to make connections with their communities, improve their wellbeing, to build positive and reliable relationships and to learn career and life skills for achieving their goals.
. To identify themes and gaps in provision, listening to the needs and wants of young people, and using this to inform our provision of support based in school.
Proven experience of working with younger people in a range of settings is essential, as well as an ability to communicate and work effectively and safely with children and young people, especially those most at risk.

Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: £25,224
Fixed Term until March 2027 (with possibility to extend)
A minimum two evenings work per week is an expectation of this role.
