We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our award-winning practice as an Apprentice Dental Nurse. Guildhall Dental is a well-established family practice in the Bury St Edmunds’ community that has been serving the needs of patients in East Anglia for more than 80 years.

The practice mainly specialises in Oral Surgery and Endodontics; however, we also provide Orthodontic, Prosthodontic/Restorative services in addition to general family dental care.

Hours: Full Time 41 Hours per week
Location: Guildhall Dental, St Andrews Street South, IP33 3PH
Key responsibilities & duties
- Welcoming patients to the surgery.
- Aiding the allocated Dentist and Hygienist in running the surgery.
- Preparing all instruments for decontamination and sterilisation in line with the HTM01-05.
- Ensuring that all relevant materials and supplies are in place.
- Making notes when the dentist is examining patients.
- Receptionist duties.

- A passionate interest for working in Dentistry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office advantageous
