Main description
We are looking for a budding young Cook / Chef to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a busy kitchen, ideal for someone who enjoys working with fresh food and being a part of a close-knit team.
Full-time / Part-time (1 x Full-Time) or (2 x Part-Time)
Expected Hours: 10-30 hours Per week (depending full or part time)
Schedule: Flexible shifts, primarily evenings (6pm-9pm)
We welcome applications from catering and hospitality students looking to gain valuable real-world kitchen experience alongside their studies. Which is why we are primarily hiring chefs for evening / weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
- Following food and hygiene and safety procedures (HAACP)
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
What we are looking for:
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Drive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Reliable with good time management
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential – training can be provided.
