Apprentice Business Administrator - Business Administration Level 3
Pay entitlement £7.55 per hour
The Role would be 30-35 hours (6 hours a week studying and monthly visits to college or tutor visits) based in Diss, Hours would typically be 9-4PM over 5 days a week Monday to Sunday. With a 30 Minute Lunch break.
The role would include working in all departments at The Corn Hall supporting our Marketing, Programming, Admin, Box Office, Gallery, and Café Team.
You are entitled to 5.6 weeks holiday per year. Taking holiday is considered a health and safety measure so it is important that you ensure you do take time off.
What we are looking for:
The business administrator is expected to deliver their responsibilities efficiently and with integrity – showing a positive attitude. The role involves demonstrating strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopting a proactive approach to developing skills. The business administrator is also expected to show initiative, managing priorities and own time, problem-solving skills, decision-making and the potential for people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others.
Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment (this is not a required for people aged 19+).
