Main description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join us in the Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism service within the Business and Finance Team as an Apprentice Business and Finance Administrator.
Our Business and Finance team provides administrative and finance support to the Practitioners and Home Care providers supporting vulnerable adults across our locality area.
You will:
Be part of the team carrying out financial and business functions which will include the delivery of income and payment services within Adult Social Care.
Provide business support focusing on good outcomes for our customers, statutory requirements and new ideas to improve the way we work.
Liaise with Home Care Providers to ensure services are provided in accordance with agreed processes, policies and timescales.
Identify financial and business inaccuracies and ensure they are reported to the Business and Financial Officer and resolved in a timely manner.
Build positive relationships with Home Care providers and colleagues to act as a first point of contact and resolve financial and business performance process queries.

Level 3 Business Administrator Up to 18 months We welcome apprenticeship applications from all ages and backgrounds.
