Burland Technology Solutions, four time winner of the Queen's and King's Awards are recruiting.
We specialise in designing power, voice, data and audiovisual connectivity solutions. Our products are used in various settings such as shops (Currys, Dyson etc), offices, bank trading rooms, data centres, hospitals and schools. Approximately 50-60% of our sales are made overseas.
Our small, efficient team based in Great Blakenham is seeking a new member to join us.
The position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Customer service
- Taking enquiries via email and phone
- Generating quotations
- Processing sales and purchase orders
Additionally as part of the familiarisation process with our products, you will spend time in the warehouse assisting in picking and packing consignments.
One of the characteristics of a small business is that all team members are able to contribute to different aspects of work. This approach keeps us efficient and ensures plenty of variety during a working week.
Our ideal candidate will be a recent school leaver or someone who will be leaving soon, who doesn't want to attend University but has high academic achievement. Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential. Lack of experience is not important, as training will be provided. What truly matters is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a close-knit team.

Hours are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700
