A Fantastic opportunity to gain valuable work experience is available with The Mason Trust

The Mason Trust is a charity based in Diss that has been established to help young people across Norfolk and Suffolk by supporting them into employment and helping them fulfil their potential.

We have an opportunity for someone to join our team in Diss on a work experience placement. The placement could be one or two weeks depending on the individual.

The placement will include

• Working as part of an office team
• Use of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Training on business communication and business etiquette.
• The opportunity to contribute towards a live website (icanbea...), which is designed to help young people with career choices.

Tasks will include:

o Designing company page layouts including the use of photoshop
o Researching companies
o Posting job vacancies
o Using social media to post career opportunities

We will provide a laptop, and any other equipment needed. You will be working alongside a mentor who will provide training and support with all tasks.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a busy office, work alongside other colleagues and acquire new skills.
