Since September of 2018 our team at We Simply Care has been providing compassionate, caring, and customer focused personal care services to our clients.

At We Simply Care, our team is passionate about providing top-tier care to those throughout Brantham, Bentley, East Bergholt, Capel st Mary, Tattingstone, Stutton and Holbrook. Our mission is to support people in their own home environment, where they can feel safe, secure, happy and comfortable, whilst remaining as independent as possible.

Our leadership team has worked diligently to bring together the values and culture of our organisation so that they are in line with our team’s overall mission. Each of our packages is personalised to meet each of our client’s different needs, wishes, and preferences.

Our staff work to create an individualised and personalised care plan that will be beneficial for client's or loved ones. 

Our homecare services

At We Simply Care, our staff is devoted to providing high-quality care to those in need, whilst maintaining excellent ethics and values along the way. We can do this by being conscientious, flexible and caring.

Our team is proud to be able to offer our clients a wide array of care services within their own homes to ensure that our clients can continue to feel safe, secure, happy and comfortable. Our different care services include: 

Personal Care
We at We Simply Care take immense pride in building a rapport with all of our clients to build trust and confidence. It is our goal to make individuals feel as comfortable as possible when they choose to utilise our services.

Dementia
Our dementia care services are designed to help and support those who are living with dementia. Our dementia care specialists have the knowledge and experience to be able to provide empathetic, quality dementia care for our clients. 

Companionship
We introduced our companion care and companionship services as we discovered an increase in the amount of people needing company, care, support, advice and most importantly, a companion at home. Supporting people in the community is one of our biggest priorities - it's more than just our job.

Meal Preparation
Handling aspects of life such as nutrition and hydration can become much more difficult when an individual becomes older or more frail. Our meal preparation services are designed to help our clients stay healthy and to make the process of cooking much easier for them.

End of Life Care
Our team completely understands how important end of life care can be to the individual who needs it and the family members involved. If it is someone’s wish to pass away at home, we work to discharge them from hospital as quickly and safely as possible. We work to make the process as easy as we can for everyone involved.

Home care is really as simple as it sounds. It’s care, but in the comfort of a client's own home. Home care services enable people to continue living independently whilst receiving the care that they need. 

Although home care can typically involve mobility or personal care, it doesn’t have to. Our home care services also include just being there for someone who needs company.

Community Care Assistants support people with all aspects of their day-to-day living, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility and mealtimes. Your role will include:

• Treating all our clients with dignity and respect.
• Helping with their personal care.
• Supporting people with eating and drinking.
• Monitoring individuals' conditions, liaising with other healthcare professionals and helping with medication.
