Suffolk Meadow is a family business that’s produced luxury ice cream locally for over 30 years. We aim to be a responsible, sustainable company - caring for our environment and our customers.

The family were the founders of Marybelle Dairy, since moving the milk business on to a new partner we have been able to focus on our passion of developing locally produced Artisan products in the form of Suffolk Meadow.​  We supply our products to local stockists as well as offering a click and collect service.

Products

We have over 40 different flavours available in four categories.  We also create a wide range of bespoke flavours for individual customers and create seasonal specials all in addition to the list below.  Our flavours can be available in 500ml, 2 Litre, 2.5 Litre, 4 Litre and 5 Litre containers. We also stock select flavours in our individual 120ml Tubs.

• Simple and Sorbet which includes what you would expect from any Ice Cream company including Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry and a wide range of Dairy Free Vegan Sorbets
• Exotic flavours which include Salted Caramel, Lemon & Ginger and Pistachio
• Special and bespoke flavours are designed with our customers to compliment dishes or events and there is also a seasonal offering within this category like Christmas Pudding and Brandy Butter.
• All of our ice cream is Gluten Free - always has been and always will be.

Our products are made from milk sourced from Suffolk (E S Burroughs) to original family recipes, which we still follow today. We source the finest ingredients for our flavourings and many of our base flavours are still made by hand in the ice creamery kitchen. We believe that it’s the quality and freshness of our ingredients combined with a time honoured recipe that makes our Ice Cream one of the best in the East of England.

We deliver dairy ice cream, sorbet, frozen yoghurt & plant based frozen desserts within a 30-mile radius of the processing plant. At Suffolk Meadow Ice Cream we believe we have a responsibility to care for and protect the environment in which we operate. We are fully committed to improving environmental performance across all of our business activities, and will encourage our suppliers and members of the wider community to join us in this effort.
