Career Opportunities
At Phoenix Events (East) Ltd, we have a commitment to be a part of the Living Wage Accredited scheme at a base level, whereby with more qualifications gained (all in which are provided for by us), this base level pay can increase. Within this, we aim to be one of the first teams to introduce Living Wage hours as a national security firm, as well as living wage pensions.
Directly in East Anglia, Adam (Owner & Director) is fully involved in the committee to make Norwich a living wage area - which he believes has a real affect not only on the lives of staff and their families, but to their attitude to the workplace.
We believe it is also important for open conversations between staff and the management team to occur regularly, to raise the standards of the company, and ensure each staff member is cared for and assisted with any issues they might face - both personally and in the work place. At Phoenix Events (East) Ltd, the wellbeing of staff is a top priority, including the constant appreciation of the team regardless of their roles.
