Ocala Healthcare is a care agency based in Suffolk and our mission is to help care providers deliver outstanding care, whilst enhancing care workers employment with Real Living Pay. We work hand in hand with Ocala Recruitment, a specialist recruitment agency that supports care homes in Suffolk.
Our Services
Ocala Healthcare's mission is to help people to live a life well-lived. We do this by building rapport, creating a safe and supportive environment, engaging in the community, and inspiring confidence to live life fully.
Ocala Healthcare provides very specialist 24/7 complex care needs in the community. We do not currently provide Domiciliary Care services to people requiring short visits, multiple times a day.

What qualifies us to redefine agency care?
Sam and Adam have both worked as agency carers since 2009. They have first hand experience and knowledge of what carers like and dislike about working for an agency. Similarly, they have also worked as Recruiters, Domiciliary Care Coordinators, and Care Managers in this time. Which has also given Sam and Adam first hand experience of the importance of reliability, quality, and consistency of agency care. Ocala Healthcare is the vehicle in which those values are put, in the hopes of inspiring similar organisations to put people before profit.
