About us

Lofty Heights CIC is a social enterprise that supports vulnerable people across Suffolk.

As a not-for-profit organisation we reinvest any profit back into the organisation to further our social aims. These aims include making homes safer, improving wellbeing, and adding social value by training and employing young people with a NEET background.

Services

• We help people live safely at home by sensitively decluttering, deep cleaning and organising their belongings and living space
• We help carers through our ‘Helping Hands Carers Project’ - funding which covers a whole host of services designed to make life that little bit easier and give carers ‘room to breathe’
• We operate the Lofty Heights Skills Academy which provides a wide range of offerings, including vocational training, experiential learning, guidance on career progression, and apprenticeship pathways for young people aged between 16 and 24 who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET) in Ipswich.

Help for individuals

As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we make muddled homes more habitable and help those living with complex health conditions to live independently. We always deliver our services with dignity and respect, never shy away from what can seem like an overwhelming task and always act with dignity, respect and a little humour! 

Decluttering
Our specialist service makes even the most chaotic homes feel less cluttered, safer, welcoming and more comfortable to live in.

Help with Hoarding
Sensitive and non-judgemental, we help those with complex mental health conditions make positive changes to their living space.

Hospital Discharge
Partnering with the NHS, our homeward bound service creates a safe space to live when returning home from hospital.

House Clearance
Our fully managed service takes away the stress of home clearance while being mindful and respectful of possessions.

Garden Clearance
Hassle-free, our garden clearance service restores even the most inhospitable of gardens to a safe and accessible space.

End of Tenancy Cleaning
Quick and thorough, our home clearance and deep cleaning service is ideal for landlords, social housing providers and tenants.

Support for Carers

With the support of Suffolk Community Foundation and funding from Suffolk County Council, Lofty Heights CIC provides specialist support to support carers.

For anyone needing help, just pick up the phone and call Lofty Heights. This is what we did, and they took so many of our worries away. The crew was very helpful and polite. We really don’t know how we would have managed without them!”

Created by Lofty Heights, the Skills Academy aims to support young people in Ipswich who are not working or studying to get on track with their future and take the first step to a successful career.
