Hales Heroes Draw

Hales Heroes Monthly Draw is one of our fantastic incentives giving all Hales Care Workers the chance to win £1,000 each and every month. Every Care Worker will be entered into the monthly draw subject to meeting the criteria. All Care Workers that meet the criteria will be awarded the Hales Heroes Award of Excellence badge in recognition of their outstanding performance.
